The only personal data that is held by Merseyside Gundog Club is that which is freely given when an individual enters a Show or becomes of Member of the Club. Membership data may be stored electronically; however, it is not shared with any third party and is only used to contact Members in accordance with the Constitution of the Club or to advise them of upcoming events. Entry forms are kept for a maximum of 12 months, after which time they are destroyed
